TICKET PARTNERS is a privately owned agency and in no way affiliated with any sports team, box office, venue or other ticket agency. Our tickets are sold at above the face value. The price printed on the ticket will generally not be our selling price. Our prices reflect the cost and difficulty in obtaining the premium tickets that we offer. Tickets are priced at the current market value and are subject to change at any time without notice.

Tickets will be shipped using the delivery method you selected, as soon as they are physically available to send.
All orders place with Ticket Partners are considered requests until the listing seller confirms the availability of the tickets.
All sales are final; there are no cancellations or exchanges.
TICKET ORDERING POLICIES
1. "All Sales are final"
Once you have ordered tickets to an event, all sales are final. Please be sure to double check that you have selected the correct event, correct date and time and correct quantity of tickets. There will be no refunds, cancellations or exchanges after orders are processed under any circumstances.
2. “Online Ticket Orders”
These tickets are generally in stock and the customer knows the exact seating location at the time of purchase. Since portions of our online ordering function are not in "real time", occasionally tickets that were ordered may no longer be available. If tickets that were ordered online are no longer available, a TICKET PARTNERS representative will contact you and we will try to secure other tickets or we will refund your original purchase. If tickets are labelled "GA" this means General Admission.
Tickets purchased with a credit card online through www.ticketpartners.com are routed through our secure servers and our e-Commerce application. Purchasers understand that by entering his or her payment information, including credit card information, this will serve as an authorized signature.
Tickets will be delivered prior to the event or by a mutually agreed upon date.
2. "Agent Assisted Orders"
Any tickets purchased directly through a TICKET PARTNERS sales agent may be subject to a Credit Card Authorization, which consists of a “signature required” invoice.
Please Note: If a Credit Card Authorization form is required to process an order, a copy of the cardholder’s driver’s license and the front and back of the credit card being used may be requested along with the completed form when it is returned to us. All customer information is strictly confidential and used only to verify the customer’s identity and prevent fraudulent activity. Authorization forms must be returned to us in a timely manner. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the proper documentation has not been returned to us even if the order has been confirmed. Please follow instructions carefully.
Once an order has been confirmed, a sales agent will contact the customer via email, fax or phone. Tickets will be delivered prior to the event or by a mutually agreed upon date.
”Pre-Orders” tickets for some events are not obtainable until closer to the date of the event. ”Pre-Orders” involve tickets that are purchased in advance and are not currently in stock. Exact seating locations are not yet available and orders are taken for general seating locations. Tickets will be delivered as soon as we receive them. In some cases, deliveries are not made until the week of the event and occasionally as late as the day of the event, we will deliver tickets as early as possible and guaranteed prior to the event start. There is no guarantee as to the date and time tickets will be delivered other than prior to the event. Please refer to individual event pages or call for more information. On "Pre-orders", tickets are guaranteed to be in pairs unless other arrangements have been made.
“Pre-Orders” may require a Credit Card Authorization form to be signed by the credit cardholder and faxed back to us along with a copy of the credit card (front and back) and drivers license. ( This form will be generated for you during the checkout process if ordering online) TICKET PARTNERS reserves the right to request a Credit Card Authorization form at its discretion. For purchases made through TICKET PARTNERS.com, the purchaser understands by entering his payment information, this will serve as an authorized signature.
We reserve the right to upgrade tickets to a higher priced seating location at no additional cost to the customer. Once an order has been confirmed, a sales agent will contact you via email, fax or phone.

4. “Live Stock”
Tickets listed as Live Stock are physically in our office and in most cases are available for immediate shipment. Live Stock purchases are done in ‘real time”. There are no refunds or cancellations once a Live Stock order is completed.

5. "Toronto Maple Leafs 12 Game Packs"
To purchase your 12 game pack, follow these 4 simple steps:
1. Pick Games - select the twelve games you wish to purchase one (1) game per category.
2. Choose Seats - after choosing your game pack you will then be asked to select the type of tickets and the quantity you wish to purchase.
3. Checkout – fill out the order form and agree to the terms and conditions.

**Lost/Forgotten Password: If a customer has lost or forgotten their password they can enter their email address and select “Forgot your password?' If the login fails, customers will be given an option to 'retrieve password'. The password will be e-mailed immediately to the customer's e-mail account.
New Customers are asked to input their e-mail address and create a password.
COVID REFUND POLICY
If an event is canceled with no rescheduled date, you will receive a full compensation of the purchase price (including delivery charges, less possible restocking fees). For rare cases, we do reserve the right to alternatively offer a credit for use on a future purchase. For events that are rescheduled, we will assist you with any ticket reissuing concerns or help you to sell your tickets if the new date is no longer desirable to you.

Most orders for regular season NBA, NFL, MLB and NHL games, concerts, and theatre are shipped within 2 business days of confirmation. Orders for some events are not delivered until very close to the date of the event. We may contact the customer to confirm the shipping address prior to shipment.
Fedex - $25
TICKET PARTNERS uses Fedex for all tracked shipments and a signature is required upon delivery for every order, unless otherwise specified. Fedex will NOT deliver to a P.O. Box, please provide a physical street address.
If you choose not to use Fedex, we will mail your tickets via USPS or Canada Post. These shipments cannot be tracked and TICKET PARTNERS is not responsible for tickets lost in the regular mail.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We do ship internationally, with various exceptions. We will contact you in the event that we cannot ship to your location. Prices to common international destinations are below, all prices in US dollars:

All delivery times are subject to availability in your delivery area.
Upon delivery of tickets from Fedex, the customer has 48 hours to contact us about any mistakes or discrepancies about tickets and/or seating locations. Discrepancies include: tickets shipped are in the wrong section or row, the tickets are for the wrong event or date or the tickets are damaged. In cases like this, every effort will be made to correct the problem. If the tickets ordered are no longer available, and replacement tickets are not an option, the order will be cancelled and a full refund provided. The customer must ship the tickets back to TICKET PARTNERS to receive a refund. There are absolutely no cancellations, refunds or exchanges on orders with no discrepancies.
Due to the time sensitive nature of the ticket resale industry, TICKET PARTNERS has fulfilled its contractual duty when tickets are shipped to the address provided by the client. TICKET PARTNERS is not responsible for any incorrect addresses provided by the customer or for the package being returned to sender due to the client not being available to sign for the package at the time of delivery. TICKET PARTNERS will keep packages returned by Fedex on hand for later re-delivery to the customer. TICKET PARTNERS is not responsible for any customer caused delays in delivery after the order has been shipped.
Prior to the order being shipped, the client is responsible to inform TICKET PARTNERS of changes in the shipping address.
If a shipment needs to be redirected after it has been shipped, the customer may be responsible for a $10.00 address correction fee charged by Fedex. Any shipment that is requested to be held at a Fedex location requires a photo ID to pick-up. These shipping methods must be arranged with your sales representative. WILL-CALL Occasionally tickets will not be available in time to ship. In this case all shipping fees will be refunded and the tickets left at a designated will-call area for pickup the day of the event. A photo ID is required for all will-call pickup locations.
CANCELLATIONS / POSTPONEMENTS
If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, the cost of the tickets minus any shipping or handling fees will be refunded to the customer unless the cancellation is due to an act of god or nature (weather, earthquake, hurricane, etc.), venue structural issues, war, fire, civil disturbance, any acts of government, customer inability to obtain transportation, terrorism, strike, lockout, other labor disputes or organizer, promoter, performer or team cancellations. There are no cancellations, refunds or exchanges for postponements, rescheduling or time change of an event; the original tickets issued will generally be honored for the new date and time of the event at the discretion of the organizers.
Once we receive payment the customer CANNOT cancel an order and receive a refund or exchange tickets for any reason other than what is specified above.
Golf and Tennis - Partial Event Cancellations
If multi-day events such as golf or tennis tournaments have one day's play cancelled or postponed, tickets purchased for that date may not be honored for another day’s play or redeemed for tickets that would. There would be no refund given in this situation.
If any event is cancelled by the organizers of the event, TICKET PARTNERS has no obligation to refund incidental expenses that you have incurred relating to your plans to attend the event including, but not limited to, plane or transportation expenses, hotel reservations, or rental car costs. TICKET PARTNERS assumes no responsibility for the actions of any event organizing body when an event is cancelled.
LOST OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE DURING SHIPMENT
If the shipment is damaged to the point that tickets are no longer usable and cannot be replaced, or the shipment is lost completely, TICKET PARTNERS will refund 100% of the purchase price to the customer. Take great care to safeguard your tickets; handle them as you would cash. Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced. Also, know that exposure to direct sunlight, heat or strong magnetic fields can damage some tickets.
LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS
We take great pride in our customer service and will always do our best to accommodate you, the customer. Unfortunately, because we are not the box office or venue, it is not possible for us to re-issue lost or stolen tickets.
If it is discovered that documentation necessary to process an order is incomplete due to customer error, the order may be cancelled even after confirmation. In this situation the customer will be given a full refund; All times listed are local for the event. Furthermore, all dates and times are subject to change and should be verified by the buyer prior to the event. TICKET PARTNERS is not responsible for notifying purchaser of date, time or venue changes;
Due to the nature of our business, delivery of tickets for certain events could be as late as the day of the event; Since tickets are bought and sold on an open market, prices are subject to change at any time before order confirmation;
We reserve the right to cancel an order and give a full refund at any time, for any reason whatsoever; Some events and venues enforce age restrictions, i.e. "21 and over". It is the buyers’ duty to determine prior to purchasing tickets whether such a policy exists. We will not be liable for refusal of admittance based on this type of restriction. Furthermore, it is the customer's responsibility to determine whether the content of an event is appropriate for either themselves or others in their party. Some shows and concerts have adult themes and are not appropriate for children and others. We will not be responsible for any event with content that shocks, offends, frightens, angers or traumatizes any individual or group. There will be no refunds, credits or exchanges under any of these circumstances;
In the event that you were not able to gain admission to the event with the tickets we delivered, you will need to obtain documentation from the venue stating that the tickets were unusable for us to be able to process a refund; TICKET PARTNERS is not responsible for the conditions or the actions of the crowd at any event nor is TICKET PARTNERS responsible for any changes made at the venue including, but not limited to, seating arrangements, stage set-up, or venue conditions;
The tickets that you purchase from us are valid. If someone is sitting in your seat when you arrive, it is your responsibility to ask them to move or ask an usher to seat you;
